At IEVISION IT Services Pvt. Ltd. ("IEVISION", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality training, certification, and consulting services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, transfers, credits, and refunds are handled for our classroom, online, e-learning, corporate training, and certification programs.

3. Rescheduling and Course Credits
Instead of a refund, participants may request:

4. Cancellation by IEVISION
If IEVISION cancels or postpones a course due to operational reasons, insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or force majeure, participants may choose one of the following:
IEVISION is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, lodging, visa, or loss of income.
5. Examination and Certification Fees
Fees paid to third-party certification or examination bodies (such as ISACA, APMG International, PECB, EXIN, PeopleCert, EC-Council, TÜV SÜD, and EXCELCERT) are non-refundable.
Validity for Certification Exam Voucher is as per respective certification body and need to validate before making payment to IEVISION.
Any Re-scheduling charges to be bourne by Coporate Client or Individual who have purchased the voucher.
6. E-Learning and Self-Paced Courses
Due to immediate digital access to proprietary materials, e-learning and self-paced courses are generally non-refundable once access credentials, downloads, or content access have been provided.
7. Corporate Training Engagements
Refunds and cancellations for corporate or on-site training are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, purchase order, or service agreement.
8. Partial Attendance
No refunds are provided for missed sessions, partial attendance, or failure to complete assignments or assessments.
9. Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments will be fully refunded or adjusted against future invoices.
10. Technical Issues
If a participant experiences technical issues that materially prevent access to an online course, IEVISION may, at its discretion, provide extended access, rescheduling, technical support, or an appropriate credit.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Refunds for purchases made under promotional offers or discounted pricing may be subject to special terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
12. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
13. Taxes and Bank Charges
Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, foreign exchange fees, and bank charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
14. Fraud Prevention
IEVISION reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraudulent transactions, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
15. Force Majeure
Refund obligations may be modified where performance is affected by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, internet outages, or cyber incidents.
